On arrival at your chosen venue, you’ll be greeted with a glass of Champagne before the course begins in earnest. Cecile will start by introducing the world’s major winemaking regions and grape varieties. She’ll go on to cover how wine is made and the effect climate has on the taste, before offering tips for buying, storing, serving and pairing wine at home. Over the course of the day, you’ll taste and explore eleven different wines from around world, with lunch served midway through.
